After listening to what your goals are, you and your Health Coach set out a careful plan to help achieve those goals. It can be monitoring daily caloric food intake, utilizing at-home body fat measurement techniques, or helping you become more aware of better nutritional practices, a Health Coach can help you track it all. Through a methodical process, a Health Coach measures your progress and keeps you honest until you begin to see the results.
